Default Q: find range, listbox - format and fit columns

Hi,
I've advanced filter with copy to another range (rngA).
I want supply (rngA with only data not empty) to listbox
(userform). Listbox have 8 columns.
Range (rngA - filter's copytorange) have different size
rows (start "N5" and end "u... ) How find range wihout
select.
Worksheet with advanced filter is hide, i don't want
unhide it.
I supply listbox by property "list".
One more question: how fit columns in listbox (userform!)
and all data visible. Can each column in listbox have
format (e.g numerical with separators)
I've excel 2k.

Please me resolve this problem
