I can manage emailing now, but how do I zip before
sending? (XP Zip)

Woody's Office Watch - blocked email attachments (multiple articles)

Ultimate Zip (free for home use), includes right click menu to send
zip file as email.

If XP Zip comes with Win XP, you'll have to identify the program
and use that if you use Ron's subroutines and tell him what
the .exe is or anything you need to change.
