Default VLookup

I am in need of assistance.

I have no clue what formula to use to capture this data.

Sheet1
Video
Select Drop Down

Sheet2
Techs SkillSet
3456 2b-Can take video
5678 2c-can take video
7777 3c-can video

What formula should I use if I wanted to obtain a dropdown list of onl
Techs that can take video calls

Can anybody help me?
Thanks

Default VLookup

I'd use Data|Filter|Autofilter and then filter by Contains "video".

I wouldn't bother with the first sheet.
