Default How to get rid..."automatic links"

When I open a particular file I am prompted:

The workbook contains automatic linkds to information in
another workbook.
Do you want to update this workbood with changes made in the
other
workbook? YES / NO

Of course I always click NO. But I would like to get rid of this
prompt: It is very annoying. I don't even know what that other wb
is that the system is referring!

How to do it?

Thanks for your help.
