Default USer Form Entry to multiple cells

Hello,

Here is the scenario, I am trying to build a user form in Exce
2003 that will accept up to 40 chars in a line. When the user presse
a command button (commit for example) the data in that line will b
copied into the first unused cell in a range. However the problem tha
I have is that I want to place a checkbox next to the input line and i
the user activates that box, the data will also be copied to the firs
blank cell in a different range. And to make matters worse, after
have figured the above out, I would like to expand this form to hav
20 separate lines and check boxes so a user can make multiple entrie
at once.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated
