Default how can you do this

hi,

i came across this excel file with + (pluses) and - (minuses), like th
ones in windoes explorer... to explorer a particular item....

interestingly, there is no code, no macro, no add-in... and i am no
able to figure out how has it been done......

i am including the snapshot ..... does someone have any idea how thi
is done!!

Without seeing the snapshot which seems to have become lost, I would guess

DataSubtotals or DataGroup and Outline.

actually, i was not able to send the snapshot because of the file
size... but man... this is what i actually meant...... you are
amazing......
