Default Use of Offset Formula - problem with blank data

Could someone please help me with an offset formula problem.

I have a graph that is produced from the results of a pivot table, based
on the data in the column of the active cell.

All is working fine, except that the pivot table can have blanks in some
of the cells. As a result my graph is missing some data.

I have a range name called "Graph_Data" (sheet name is "By Date") with a
formula:

=OFFSET('By Date'!H$25,0,0,COUNT('By Date'!H:H),1)

Row 25 is the starting point and I want the range to be (in this case
H25:H xxx where xxx is the very last cell in this column with data. My
formula works fine so long and I have no blanks.

I am sure it is an easy fix but I cannot get my mind around it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Thomas
