I want to record and assign a macro to a control box - but
Excel 2003 doesn't appear to allow this procedure unlike earlier versions. Any idea how to do this without having to numb my brain learning VBA |

Excel 2003 hasn't changed with respect to this. I think you have the option
of installing VBA (rather than have it installed by default), so perhaps you need to install VBA. Another possibility is that you are using smart menus and the smart menus have hidden the option to record a macro since you haven't used it. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Bill" wrote in message ...
