Default Workbook Open macro/& Pivot Table Calculated field query

For problem 2, I had a hell of a time finding this one myself - the help is
annoying as it keeps referring to custom calculations, which are something
different. In the PT toolbar, click on the PivotTable button and click on
formulas - Calculated fields is in there.

Two problems:

1 I have recently started using Excel 2002, though I think this first

problem pre-dates that. I have a file with a Workbook open macro in it that
loads a userform, but most of the time it does not work. Any thoughts as to
what might be casuing this?

2 Second problem does seem to be Excel 2002 related. I have a file with

a Pivot Table in it, in which I wish to introduce a calculated field. In
Excel 2000 I right clicked on the pivot table and the menu with formulas -
Calculated Field came up. This option is missing when I do the same thing
in Excel 2002

Any answers
