Workbook Open macro/& Pivot Table Calculated field query
 

For problem 2, I had a hell of a time finding this one myself - the help is
annoying as it keeps referring to custom calculations, which are something
different. In the PT toolbar, click on the PivotTable button and click on
formulas - Calculated fields is in there.

2 Second problem does seem to be Excel 2002 related. I have a file with
a Pivot Table in it, in which I wish to introduce a calculated field. In
Excel 2000 I right clicked on the pivot table and the menu with formulas -
Calculated Field came up. This option is missing when I do the same thing
in Excel 2002
