Hello,
On a spreadsheet at work, the prior person has it set up so in certain specific cells, you can only enter certain specific values (ie, ones from a list which is in another sheet, etc.) Otherwise a msgbox pops up, and you get put back in the cell. But I cannot figure out how he did it-- I look through the visual basic projects and it seems as if no code has been added anywhere there. Could it be done some other way? It is frustrating because it seems like just magic, ie, there is no indication anywhere that this feature even exists until you violate it! Thanks very much in advance for any insight. SA |
