Default unable to hide the "ask a question box"

George

ToolsCustomize.

Now right-click on the actual "ask a question" box up on the Menu Bar.

You will get a "show the question box" toggle. Left-click to turn off.

Close the Customize dialog and the "ask a question box" will disappear.

In following help instructions to hide the "ask a question box", we are told to select 'tools menu', click on 'customize', then right click on the 'ask a question menu'.... there is no ask a question menu that appears in the 'customize' screen. How do I remove that 'ask a question box' from my MS Office applications?
