Default Lotus Macro Commands to VBA equivalents

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of WE1277.exe? I
tried to download it from Microsoft's Download Center but
the download failed.

A table with Lotus macro commands and the equivalent VBA
commands would also do the trick.

Thanks,
Raul
