Really irritating. I have a file that I got with a book
from Microsoft press. After I enter a formula, absolute part of it with F4(it is a running total, front part is absolute ie =SUM($O$1081:O1090)), then I try and copy the formula up. The absolute goes away and I end up with something like =SUM($O1068:O$1081. This is really frustrating and only seems to be happening with the files from the disk I got from Microsoft press with the book, "Excel Data Analysis and Business Modeling," ISBN 0-7356- 1901-8. Just got the book and am not too far into it yet, but I have run across other problems ie errors in the book. Anyone else using this book and having similar problems. Trying to avoid e mail junk, so I am not putting in my e mail address. Thanks, David |
