Default internet data transfer library

I found this "internet data transfer library" (from
http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0037.htm) to upload
and download files via FTP in Microsoft Access. It works
great! However, I was wondering if anyone had tried
importing this class module into Excel. I have tried it
and can't figure out why I couldn't get it to recognize
the object "Set objHTTP = New InetTransferLib.HTTP". I
have changed the "InetTransferLib" to the appropriate
project and even added all the same References as I have
in Access. It gives me the error message, "438 Object
doesn't support this property or method." Thank you in
advance for everyone's time.
