Default MSGrid.TWD in Windows 2000

Hi,

I have a relatively complicated Excel workbook with macros
that was put together in Excel 97 under Win98. My machine
was recently updated to Win2000 with the same Excel 97 and
I now get an error in the workbook when I open it and one
of the macros starts. The error is "Reference Not Found"
and the help system directs me to the References browser
which says it can't find C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSGrid.twd -
which doesn't surprise me as there isn't a C:WINDOWS on my
system.

Anyone ever come across this? Can't seem to find out much
about in either on the web or in MS Knowledge Base.

Thanks

Paul
