Default IF then write new worksheet/book

I need to be able to do the following:
Search an existing sheet for:

Row containing particular cell value = 1

Copy that row

Open new workbook(same name as source)+1 (for the first entry)
insert worksheet (same name as source) +1

Paste that row( starting from A3)

Next entry (that row; that worksheet) goes down one row

I have scoured archives, tried all I can do
