Hi guys

open each in excel in separate sheets.
insert column A in each label the cells to indicate the source (fileA or fileB as an example) Make a copy of the first sheet. select the data from the second and paste below sort this sheet using whatever columns would make sense. examine for differences. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "kphan78 " wrote in message ...
