Default Referencing Calling Cell

John,

Use Application.Caller. This will return a Range reference to
the cell that called the function.

I know that you can call or find out the the active cell when

in a function/sub, but I can not find out if there is a way to
find out the CALLING cell (without out passing the value as a
parameter).

Thanks,
John H W
