Default Disappearing listbox entry

I have a form containing 4 listboxes. If user clicks Cancel
then default settings are loaded, otherwise the user can
highlight any/all of the 4 listboxes to opt for different settings.

If they do this, then later, additional forms and listboxes are
used to further refine their choices.

First time through the routine there seems to be no problems
and the routine appears to complete correctly. However if I
run the routine again (without first exiting and restarting
Excel) then the first entry in listbox1 of the initial form has
disappeared....it's just blank.

Any ideas on how I might isolate the problem, please?

Regards.

You might be forgetting that the listbox counter starts at zero.
(been there, done that)
