Default How to update a pivot table, without refreshinh the whole thing?

Hi all

I have a pivot table which holds about 100.000 rows, extracted from a database via query. How do I refresh this pivot table, without having to extract all the rows from database again and again? The thing is, that I want it to be cummulative, and therefore only need new data - can this be done
