Default title in graphic

Is it possible to make a title in a graphic that refers to the contence of a
cel. It is'nt possible to do so by means of for instance A!C23.

Default title in graphic

In the chart, select the textbox that contains the title (click inside it
like you were going to edit it)

go to the formula bar and enter
=A!C23 <enter

That should do it.
