Default fast way to make reports from a database

Hello friends,
Every month I have to prepare a sales report for my boss. In Excel
have a workbook with 6 sheets.
One sheet contain the Database, the others contain schedule and char
that I have to print and show to my boss.
The schedules are fixed, the only thing that change is the amount.
would like to find a fast way to input the data in the right positio
in the schedule.
My Database is formed by 7 columns and 6/7000 rows. I have done som
pivot table and written a macro that link the result of pivot with th
schedules. It works, but every month I have to change the time (mont
field that I had put in page) in all table pivot (for example…in Marc
I have to consider only 3 month, in April four months…consider tha
Database contain the data of 4 years and all months). Someone know
fast way to do this?
Or exist some other method (macro) to do the work for me..
Thanks in advance for your help
