copying text from one group of cells and putting them in a table?

Hi there all

I want a macro so that when i press a button it moves all the data
have in my cells on the one sheet and then puts them into the tabl
onthe next sheet and then clears the original cells. and then also ad
a new blank line for the next data to be moved into?

any ideas
