Default bug submission?

Over the years I have found no way to submit a bug report
to MS on VBA. So I thought I would point out that
Knowledge Base Article 201354 applies not only to Excel
2000 but also to Excel 2002 SP2 (in hopes that someone at
MS reads this and cares enough to fix it). Hopefully this
has truly been corrected in 2003 as it is a very annoying
bug.

There are probably hundreds of limitations in Excel involving the number
255. They are legacies of Excel 95 and before where that was the limit on
cell text entries. MS is aware of them and whether the next version of
Excel addresses any of them depends on where MS decides they get the most
"return" on their man-hours. Time will tell.
