Default Auto filtering with form type pull down menus

I have a very large spreadsheet with 5 pull down menus on an input/output
worksheet. Depending on the combination of pull down menus I would get 1 auto
filtered row in my data worksheet. Column E thru X have headers which represent
tests that may or may not need to be completed. I wish to search this row
looking for a "1" which would indicat that this is required and have the test
name returned to the output portion of the spreadsheet. There would ultimatly
be approx 15 to 20 entries and the tool will return the required tests. I'm
looking for some direction on how to implement this.... if it is possible

tks

Tim
