Default DataBase Connection


I got a Excel program that automatic connected to the
external data source. When I open the spreadsheet it try
to connecting to the datasource and then I got a messages
as the file is not a valid path. How do I delete and
disconnected the datasource. How do I manually created the
new datasource connection?

Any help would be appreciated.
