Default POP-UP WINDOW

I have a check box, which it's important to the user, it change a lot.
What I want to do is, as sos as the user hit that cell, a pop-up
window display a message. It's that possible?

You can do that with Data, Validation, Input Message.

Yes, but it wont be secure, what I need is. when the user click the
box (click box), think twice, as a warning message. The cell is good,
but if the user goes with his mouse, it will hit the box only, instead
of the cell..
