Default FaceIDs for VBE Menus

Using some of the great stuff from Chip Pearson's web site, I have been
able to successfully cerate new menu items for the VBE. How do I
associate a FaceID with a given menu item in the VBE. There does not
appear to be a equivalent object element to the Office style menu item
( .faceID )

Thanks
