Default macro to find a text and return a message

Hello everyone. Is it possible to have a macro that count
the number for time a word appear in A column and return
with the answer in a message box. I am basically looking
for it to count the word "summary" for every 6th
occurrence(say 1-6 then 7-12) then it will return with
the message 12 totals then call the calculation macro. if
the total is 13 it will show the message of 13 but will
not call the calculation macro. I want it to count the 6
occurrences since the total of the word summary might be
higher than 12. sometimes it might be 72 or more. hope
someone could help with this one. thanks in advance
