Default extracting information from workbook to another

Can any one help me with this problem.

I have one workbook with a large number of data held in it. Its basi
functions is to book certain rooms within a building.
I can filter this information to display specifc criteria set out b
the macro, this was ok for extracting information but the system need
to change.

I require one workbook to extract certain information set out by m
criteria macro. But only certain columes are required to be extracted.

My current columes run:

Ref|time|date|intials|name|phone|bldgcode|bldg|roo m|start|end|stime|Etime|

The extract would run:
Start|Stime|End|etime|name|Phone|

(Excel is the only option)

Can any one help on this?

Regards
Pau
