Default key board short cut for validation list pulldown.



Is there a key board short cut for pulling down the list
(validation) and choosing the selection without using
mouse.

Yes, there is: ALT+[Down-Arrow]

Is it possible let the drop-down list shows up when user select the cell
with validation list?
