Default How do I not "SAVE a WORKBOOK"

This is a spreadsheet that is used to obtain the reuired data by entering a
few variables. I have added some VB so on clicking the "X" the program
closes without giving the option to save. However although READ ONLY it can
be "SAVED AS" a different name and therefore copied.
The Data only needs to be changed or updated occasionally so obviously I
will need to reverse the above on updates.
Thanks
