Default Excel Macro for VLookup Function

Can someone please assist me with code to do the following: Inserting
data from one spreadsheet into another. One spreadsheet is a list of
userID's and test scores (from a Scantron test). The other spreadsheet
has a list of UserId's. I would like a macro to automatically bring in
the Scantron test results and match it (VLOOKUP?) to the correct
UserID? Thank you for your help! I've included a file for further
explanation.
