Default Combo box

I am having a problem with a combo box. I receive the
error "Not enough system resources to display completely",
when the user clicks on it. When the user clicks OK on
the error box and combobox control loses focus, the
worksheet runs fine.

I have another combobox, but this one never generates an
error.

The combo box producing the error references a list in a
worksheet that is within this workbook and properties are
ColumnCount=3, ColumnWidths=35 pt;370 pt;40 pt. Would
this having anything to do with the system resource
problem?

Would I have better luck creating a floating User Form
with adding references so I would use an ADO control
instead?
