Default Closing ReadOnly file using VBA

I have following problem:

File is open as readonly. Some changes in this workbook are made. How
can I close this changed workbook using VBA if I wouldnīt save this
workbook as copy of original workbook?

Activeworkbook.close savechanges = false - didnīt work

Any idea?

Version: Excel 2000

Please help
