Date time conversion

Hi, I need to convert the following date into a specific format for export
to a text file.

Worksheet date: 11/14/2002 1:30:00 PM

Need to convert to 021114.1330 (ie YYMMDD.HHMM, where the HHMM is in 24
hour time)
