Default ado connection string for excel 2002

Hi,

I am using the below mentioned connection string to read from excel
sheet using ado. It works fine for me except for excel 2002.

"Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source= " & Name & ";Extended
Properties=Excel 8.0;Persist Security Info=False"

Any helping hands will be great

Priyesh
