Default User Form / List Box

Okay, I need some help with a User Form. I have created a User For
(B.T.W. I am a beginner). What I have on my Form is the following
"ListBox", 1 "OptionButton", Ok "Command Button", Cancel "Comman
Button", and some simple text. What I have listed in the ListBox is m
employee names and wages and i'm trying to INPUT the names and wag
info from the listbox to certain ranges and a worksheet. But as you ca
tell I have no clue how to do that. I have however, created the lis
box to show all employee names and wages (WOW). The option button i
linked to a worksheet where I can change the names and wages, but
cant get it to go back to the previous worksheet, there are tw
worksheets and i just need it to go to the last active one (HeLp). Th
final two issues are my command buttons, the "OK" button does nothing
and the "Cancel" button unloads the user form. I used a "Unload
command in the procedure, i'm not sure if i have to do anything els
with the "Cancel" button. If anyone with experience out there can hel
me I would really appriciate it, cuz right now I am really confused
* If you need some more info e-mail me @
PLEASE HEL
