I've not tried to reproduce the problem.

Could you try a couple of things:
Does the line: 'objAttachmt.Source = ("C:\Sheets.xls") work?
Set a breakpoint on the line which errors. Then when it activates, type the
following into the immediate window (activate it via View menu | Immediate
Window):
?ComboBox1.Value

Tell me what that returns.
