Hi,

I have a basic understanding of formulas and such, but I need to do
something and I am yet to find a solution. Its probably easy.

Say I have a list of names;
bob
bill
fred
fred
bob
fred
sandra
fred

I want to make a formula that will say 'fred', or the most common name
that appears.
