Default Reconcilling list

I have a list with the following columns

Bk Ref Name Amount
655142 Jones 200
655142 Jones 100
655142 Jones -300
602548 Martin 100

This is a list that i have combined from two systems and i
need to match the credits and debits.

Is there any VBA that i could use to Sum the total of all
the same bk ref and if it doesnt equal zero to either
highlight in a different colour or copy to another
location?

Many thanks

You can also use Data, Subtotals but you first have to
sort the list. Use Sum of Bk Ref.

If you want to restore the original order later you might
want to have an Id No for each item.
