with out seeing the sheet this is kinda hard for me, try somthing lik
this pardon my bad syntax For i = 5 to 75 i=i+1 label(i).caption = cellletter & (i) Next i that will chuck all infomation ino a incrementing cell incrementin down a column not to sure about the label comman but there is anothe way around that.
