Default Revealing formulas

Hello,
In Excel, if the user presses ctrl+` (the backwards
apostrophe) the sheet display values become the forumlas.
This is helpful for auditing. I need to show those actual
values in another part of the sheet -- for auditing
purposes. is there a function, or a way that I can
capture the text of a formula so I can display it elswhere?

thanks

keith
