Default Excel Event Problem

I can trap the opening and closing of a workbook when it
is first opened or closed at the event and Thisworkbook
level. However, if Thisworkbook is closed and then
reopened immediately an open event is not triggered or
trapped. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks for your assistance...
