Default Extracting records that meet multiple criteria

I'm looking for a way to extract records that meet
multiple criteria in Excel 2000. I want it to extract
the last record that shows when it was completed on each
piece of equipment listed in the spreadsheet. Is there
any way I can do this in Excel? Any help would be
appreciated.

Your question is too vague (for me at least). Can you provide specific
details?
