Default COUNTIF()

I would like to use the COUNTIF function with a condition
statement, if the statement is TRUE color the cell YELLOW
and move down to the next cell. I'm using the COUNTIF
(STARTOP, A2) 0 statement. The STARTOP is a defined
array of values. How do I have the cell A2 set as the
current cell value so that I can move from cell to cell
(A2,A3,A4,....A1677) without having to change the value
in the formula.

Thank You,

Mark
