Default Change formula based on color

I have to copy a worksheet into another file and I can't
seem to drop the reference of the worksheet I copy in from
the file it came from. It only applies to cells with a
certain color that have a formula that looks at other
workbooks. I have to do this for many files and I was
hoping maybe someone has some sample code that would
change the formula in a cell to make to look at other
worksheets in its own workbook based on a certain cell
color. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
