Default XL97/Win2K - lookup and return listing

Hi, I have a worksheet with a list of locations across the
U.S. (over 300). I have drawn up a userform with a drop
down box listing all of the States. When a user selects a
state and clicks OK, I want to return to him/her all
locations in the state.

Anyone have such code?

Thanks
