Default webbrowser control error

Hi,all
I add a userform with a webbrowser control,I want to navigate and
print,but when I call
webbrowser.execwb 6,1
I get a error message :
Run-time error '-2147221500 (80040004)'
Automation error

I test this in vb6,it's ok.
why?
(I need execl to let user input data,so I must use execl.)
I use execl 2000 with ie 6.01.

Thanks.
chenxg.
